JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role encompasses both accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage accounts receivable documentation within the Computer Ease system and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
  • Generate and distribute customer statements, ensuring prompt payment.
  • Track and document customer payments accurately.
  • Reconcile customer accounts to maintain accurate records.
  • Support month-end processes by confirming all received payments are recorded and posted correctly in the Computer Ease system.
  • Perform additional office tasks as needed.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process invoices in the Computer Ease system, including coding, data entry, and matching with purchase orders while liaising with vendors to resolve any issues.
  • Review invoices for payment processing accuracy.
  • Conduct Supplier Statement Reconciliations and Analysis as assigned, requiring strong Excel skills.
  • Set up new vendor/customer accounts in the Computer Ease system.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow reports for approval.
  • Complete other office duties as required.
