Regional Sales and Acquisitions Director

We are seeking a Regional Sales and Acquisitions Director to join our team at Natural Retreats in Park City. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the growth and development of our luxury home portfolio in the Park City market.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of proven work experience in business development and/or a target-based sales environment, preferably in the luxury travel and hospitality industries. They must be able to possess and maintain knowledge of the local vacation market, identify opportunities that match the Natural Retreats brand, and keep up-to-date on trends within the vacation rental market.
The primary focus of this role will be to seek out, secure, develop, and sign new homes to the local portfolio. The secondary goal is the development of a replicable recruitment approach which can be scaled and utilized nationally. Project work or other responsibilities may require the Team Member to work outside of their regular schedule.
