Position Summary:
As a Food Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a corporate dining facility. Your leadership will guide a team of associates while ensuring exceptional quality in food service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the corporate cafeteria operations in alignment with the established budget, ensuring maximum value for expenditures.
  • Guarantee that the food provided to clients, customers, and staff meets the highest quality standards.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees, guests, and clients, as well as collaborate with other departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree is preferred.
  • Two to four years of experience in fine dining restaurant management is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and wine, including pairings.
  • Experience in operations management with purchasing expertise.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.
