Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Associate to join our team at Diakonos Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing remodeling, maintenance, and new construction support for our facility grounds and buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remodeling, maintenance, and new construction support for facility grounds and buildings
  • Maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule and efficiently
  • Perform tasks such as loading and unloading materials, furniture, tools, and equipment
  • Remove debris, garbage, and other materials from job sites
  • Assemble and break down equipment and structures
  • Assist other trade contractors as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work four 10-hour days per week, Monday through Thursday
  • Basic knowledge of trade skills such as electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and drywall
  • Experience in at least two of the following trade skills: electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, trim carpentry, and drywall
  • Ability to learn new trade skills
  • Knowledge of power tools and hand tools
  • Ability to lift equipment and materials weighing up to 80lbs
