Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of pharmaceutical program strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with global program heads to drive strategic program teams and sub-teams, leveraging broad knowledge of pharmaceutical development and project management.
  • Develop and manage annual program goals, ensuring efficient delivery of plans and timely reporting of program progress to management.
  • Anticipate and mitigate program risks, driving timely development of risk management plans and issue resolution.
  • Utilize industry trends to identify risks and opportunities, translating these into actionable activities for development teams.
  • Establish a culture of open communication, transparency, and accountability, promoting learning from mistakes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant broad project/program management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals, with a strong background in pharmaceutical program management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong presentation and critical thinking skills, with the ability to motivate others and build effective teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
