Job Title: CUI Specialist, Supply Chain - FLRAA

We are seeking a highly skilled CUI Specialist to support our FLRAA Procurement Project Management efforts in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our team, you will ensure supply chain and supplier processes are compliant with required data security and recordkeeping protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, oversee, execute, maintain, and train FLRAA Supply Chain controlled unclassified information (CUI) policies in alignment with company policies and program requirements.
  • Develop a CUI education, training, and awareness program for internal supply chain personnel and necessary stakeholders.
  • Ensure the FLRAA supply base has appropriate CMMC measures in place for CUI protection, provide necessary input to awards, and perform routine compliance monitoring.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Supply Chain's classification of information according to security requirements.
  • Perform routine inspections and incident response to ensure Bell Supply Chain personnel follow established policies and procedures to classify information, including appropriate labeling of documents.
  • Assist Supply Chain professionals in the negotiation of cybersecurity requirements in all statements of work and contractual documents with suppliers.
  • Review and analyze supplier data and monitor supplier compliance.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a matrixed and collaborative environment.
  • A solid understanding of, and experience with, Data Security and Data classifications.
  • Working knowledge of current government mandated cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize work, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset.
  • Excellent communicator, must be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, and brief leaders/customers/suppliers.
