As part of our commitment to transforming Army Aviation, we are engaged in significant projects such as the Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) under the US Army's Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization initiative. Our endeavors also encompass the Bell 525 Relentless and the High-Speed Vertical Take-Off and Landing (HSVTOL) program, which aims to pioneer the next generation of tilt-rotor technology. This role is based at our headquarters, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements.

Position Overview: CUI Specialist in Supply Chain Management

We are seeking a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Specialist to join our team, focusing on the FLRAA Procurement Project Management responsibilities within our development program.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the FLRAA Strategic Sourcing team and supplier network, ensuring adherence to data security and recordkeeping standards. You will also lead the development and execution of best practices for data security and cybersecurity within the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities as a CUI Specialist in Supply Chain Management

  • Establish, implement, and refine CUI policies for the FLRAA Supply Chain in accordance with program requirements and organizational directives, ensuring they are regularly updated.
  • Design and roll out a comprehensive CUI training and awareness program for internal supply chain stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the FLRAA supplier network complies with necessary CUI protection measures, participate in award decisions, and conduct routine compliance assessments.
  • Develop and enforce guidelines for classifying information within the Supply Chain based on security requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and incident responses to ensure compliance with established information classification policies among supply chain personnel.
  • Assist procurement professionals in negotiating cybersecurity terms in supplier agreements and contracts.
  • Evaluate supplier data, oversee compliance, and analyze performance metrics.
