Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in the Mobile (Android & iOS) and/or IoT software development industry within a fast-paced tech environment, including at least two years of leading managers.
  • Experience with Kotlin and Mobile (Android & iOS) applications, preferably with an IoT component.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to foster alignment across multiple teams, with solid coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking, with a track record of collaborating with senior leadership to shape strategic direction, including product roadmaps.
  • Exceptional communication and team player skills, with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration while exhibiting robust management skills and technical acumen.
