Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our culinary team at Hotel Flor Tampa. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll supervise and support our team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Support the AM and PM teams, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining high standards.
  • Assist in preparing banquet event food and support line staff as needed.
  • Coach and counsel staff to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of kitchen experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
