**Become a Key Player in Kipo's Kitchen Team**

Kipo's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Kitchen Manager** to lead our culinary operations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Supervise and Develop Kitchen Staff**: Provide guidance, feedback, and training to kitchen staff to optimize performance and maintain high standards.
  • **Menu Development and Quality Control**: Collaborate with management to create innovative menus, maintain food quality, and oversee inventory and supplies.
  • **Leadership and Collaboration**: Work closely with management to drive kitchen operations, develop recipes, and implement new ideas.
  • **Customer Service and Safety**: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for customers, enforce health and safety standards, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • **Staff Management**: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule kitchen staff to meet the needs of our dynamic kitchen environment.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education and Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent, prior kitchen leadership experience, and a preference for culinary education.
  • **Certifications and Licenses**: Valid Food Handlers Certificate.

**Physical Demands:**

  • **Standing, Walking, and Lifting**: Ability to stand, walk, and lift trays of up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
