Renal Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Nephrology Medical Provider to join our team at Boson Health. The successful candidate will work in two key areas: the outpatient vascular access center in Clear Lake and dialysis rounds in the Med Center area.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, including CMEs and malpractice coverage. With no weekends or call required, this role offers an excellent work-life balance.
The estimated salary for this position is around $140,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
- Vascular access pre-op and post-op procedures
- Vein mapping and ultrasound readings
- Interventional nephrology procedures
- History and physicals for research patients
- Nephrology clinic rounds
For dialysis rounds, you will visit patients in dialysis units to monitor progress and address any needs.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current Physician Assistant license
- A current BLS certificate
- A current DEA and DPS certificate
- Demonstrated knowledge of clinical processes and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced assessment and consultative skills
