Job Overview:
Renal care specialists play a critical role in the treatment and management of patients with kidney disease. As a registered nurse at US Renal Care, you will have the opportunity to work closely with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled registered nurse to join our team as a dialysis nursing specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective dialysis treatments to patients under the supervision of the Administrator. Your duties will include conducting physical assessments, monitoring patients during treatment, and participating in interdisciplinary teams to provide patient assessment and care planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality dialysis treatment to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients, including vital sign checks and laboratory results analysis.
• Monitor patients during treatment, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment outcomes, and any concerns or issues that may require further attention.

Requirements:
• Current nursing license in the applicable state, with a valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors, which is essential for accurately reading laboratory results and patient charts.
• One or more years of current nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or renal care, where you can apply your knowledge and skills in a specialized setting.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, such as an emergency room or ICU, where you can multitask and adapt quickly to changing situations.
