We are seeking an exceptional English Instructional Support Coach to join our team at West Contra Costa USD in Richmond. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the educational growth of students who speak diverse languages and require additional support to succeed academically.

The salary range for this position is approximately $ 60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities- Support teachers and staff in developing instructional strategies to meet the needs of English learners
- Provide coaching and training to enhance teacher skills in working with linguistically diverse students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching methods and materials
- Bachelor's degree and California teaching credential (Single Subject or Multiple Subject)
- English Learner Authorization (CLAD or equivalent)
- Experience working with linguistically diverse students and families
