Commercial Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial/Residential Bid Estimator to join our team at All Level Installations of Finish Carpentry Inc. As a key member of our sales and estimating team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, property managers, owners, contractors, distributors, millwork suppliers, door and window suppliers, and commercial building engineers in the commercial and residential fields.
- Estimate and sell projects, working independently or as part of a team, to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Perform site inspections, bid construction projects, and provide detailed estimates and proposals to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve estimating processes and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and estimating team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Attend job walks, construction workshops, and other industry events to represent the company and engage with clients and partners.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating and sales, preferably in the finish carpentry and millwork industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating software, Excel, and Apple products.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
