We are seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for providing detailed quantity take-offs and preliminary pricing for multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed quantity take-offs and preliminary pricing for complex concrete projects
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in estimating and cost management
  • Provide expert advice on estimating and cost management to project teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California
  • Excellent understanding of man hour production rates for various formwork systems and types
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, and PlanSwift/On Screen Takeoff
  • Experience with Model-Based Estimating a plus
