Responsibilities:

  • Lead a High-Impact Team: Coach, mentor, and manage a talented team of estimators to create top-quality, profitable estimates for residential, commercial, and large loss claims.
  • Drive Business Growth: Set, track, and achieve quarterly and annual KPIs, ensuring your teams' projects are on time, within scope, and profitable.
  • Negotiate Effectively: Build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in estimating tools such as Xactimate, Symbility, and other relevant software.
  • A Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications (IICRC, Xact Certification) are a strong plus.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

  • Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
