About the Role:

The Fabrication Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing fabrication projects from initiation to completion. This involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager, coordinating with various departments, managing resources, and communicating with clients to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.">
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.">
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to execute projects.">
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.">
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.">
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.">
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.">
  • Report and escalate issues to senior management as needed.">
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.">
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.">
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.">
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.">

Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.">
  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the fabrication industry.">
  • In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies.">
  • Proficient in project management software.">
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.">
  • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.">
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Expertise in financial forecasting.">
  • Extensive knowledge of job costing.">

Compensation:

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
