Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media outreach strategies to secure earned media placements
  • Craft compelling media materials, including pitch letters, fact sheets, and press releases
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage to ensure maximum visibility
  • Manage coverage trackers and develop monthly reports to showcase results
  • Participate in client meetings and calls to discuss progress and provide insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with a focus on AP Style
  • Experience with media outreach and a proven track record of securing positive media placements
  • Proficiency with Cision and other media monitoring tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and hard-working attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation
  • Proficiency with Keynote and other presentation software
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization and paid media
  • Certifications in Google Analytics and Google Ads
