About the Role

RPM Development Group is seeking a highly skilled Residential Building Maintenance Manager to join their team at a mid-rise residential building in Newark, NJ.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the site in good working order and adhere to RPM policies, ensuring cleanliness and organization of exterior grounds, common areas, and parking facilities.
  • Address work orders promptly, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Oversee the turnover of vacant units, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Manage on-call emergencies, providing prompt assistance.
  • Control inventory of equipment, products, and supplies effectively.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a superintendent or equivalent role.
  • Proficiency in minor repairs, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for local errands.
