Job Overview

Leverage Group is seeking a skilled Residential Property Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in planning and executing all real estate activities and transactions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management or related fields, with a strong understanding of real estate contracts and leases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Oversight: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Tenant Acquisition: Attract and educate new tenants, fostering a positive landlord-tenant relationship.
  • Tenant Support: Investigate and resolve tenant complaints in a fair and professional manner.
  • Property Enhancement: Update and improve properties to increase return on investment, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Work Order Management: Ensure timely processing of work orders and repair requests, minimizing downtime and maximizing resident satisfaction.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train property staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations, maintaining a positive reputation for Leverage Group.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or related fields.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development within Leverage Group.
