Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Residential Construction Project Coordinator to support our project management team in overseeing luxury residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in budget tracking, scheduling, and maintaining adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-site safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Aid in contract and scope development, supporting RFQ responses and document management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
  • Use Procore, Microsoft Project, and other tools to support project tracking and documentation.

Requirements

  • Must have residential construction experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
