We are seeking an experienced Residential On-Site Superintendent to join our team at RPM Development Group. This role will be responsible for maintaining the site in good working order and ensuring all exterior grounds, common interior areas, and parking garages or spaces are properly cleaned and maintained daily.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the site's appearance and functionality
  • Address work orders and ensure timely completion
  • Oversee the turnover of vacant units
  • Respond to on-call emergencies
  • Manage inventory of equipment, products, and supplies

Requirements:

  • Previous superintendent experience
  • Ability to perform minor repairs (electric, plumbing, carpentry, painting)
  • Skilled in maintaining overall cleanliness of assigned property
  • Able to work efficiently without constant supervision
  • Operate industrial cleaning equipment and snow removal equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

About the Role

This is a live-in position that offers excellent working conditions and a comprehensive benefits package.
