Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of our community homes are immaculate.

In this role, you will work closely with our current maintenance supervisor and learn on the job. You will be tasked with performing minor carpeting/carpeting repair, basic electrical repair, household mechanical and plumbing repairs, and ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and on-time.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and 5+ years of experience in facilities and/or residential building maintenance. They will also possess knowledge of risk management, OSHA and MSDS, as well as skills in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, basic carpentry, drywall and painting, and basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated), based on location and experience.
