Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pinnacle GI Partners. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets patients and performs check-in/out process
  • Collects demographic, health history, and insurance information
  • Collects co-pays and applies charges to patient accounts
  • Schedules patient appointments and coordinates physicians' daily schedules
  • Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel or initiates a triage message for response by medical personnel
  • Coordinates referral for patients through insurance and other physician offices
Requirements:
  • Completion of High School or a GED program
  • Obtain a minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience
  • Previous medical office experience, preferred
  • Must demonstrate a high competency level with general computer applications and functions
  • Must successfully pass a background check and a drug screening
