We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pinnacle GI Partners. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Greets patients and performs check-in/out process
- Collects demographic, health history, and insurance information
- Collects co-pays and applies charges to patient accounts
- Schedules patient appointments and coordinates physicians' daily schedules
- Answers telephone and either responds to inquiry, directs caller to appropriate personnel or initiates a triage message for response by medical personnel
- Coordinates referral for patients through insurance and other physician offices
- Completion of High School or a GED program
- Obtain a minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience
- Previous medical office experience, preferred
- Must demonstrate a high competency level with general computer applications and functions
- Must successfully pass a background check and a drug screening
- Competitive pay rates
- A Monday-Friday schedule
