Job Description:

This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative and clinical aspects of a mental health clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Oversight: Provide supervision to counselors, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate referrals for patients requiring additional services.
  • Patient Engagement: Develop treatment plans, conduct initial screenings, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to address patient needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage staff training, implement evidence-based practices, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Leadership Role: Collaborate with the Clinic Director, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to agency committees to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in emotional/behavioral assessment and treatment, including substance abuse
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a counseling supervisor
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits:
