  • Designs and executes email marketing campaigns to promote services and events.
  • Utilizes desktop publishing tools to refine printed marketing materials.
  • Analyzes and reports on metrics related to websites, email campaigns, events, and digital content performance.
  • Conducts research to provide insights on industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Coordinates with internal and external teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Maintains consistency and quality in branding across all marketing initiatives.
  • Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Matrix's business operations, services, and the markets served.
  • Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in marketing, advertising, journalism, or communications.
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with mass email marketing tools is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is advantageous.
  • Background in marketing within engineering, construction, energy, or industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
