Position Summary

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise all facets of construction projects from initiation to finalization.
  • Guarantee timely project completion while maintaining budgetary constraints and quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations to assess progress and quality.

Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in Multifamily Projects, particularly in interior work.
  • Demonstrated experience managing mid to large-scale multifamily construction projects, with a focus on interior specifics.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints, construction documents, and specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Dedication to safety and quality assurance.
