Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team at NANA Regional Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and corrective action plans.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all team members understand quality control procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction quality control or a related field.
  • Proven track record of ensuring quality control compliance on construction projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 30-hour certification.
  • Level 1 EM certification.
  • CRP certification.
