Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our team in Manhattan, NYC. As an Esthetician at Restore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and skillfully performing treatments tailored to each client's needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert skin care consultations and develop personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Perform a variety of facials and body-work treatments, including Cryoskin and Hydrafacial
  • Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of each client's session
  • Suggest and promote retail products and cross-sell other Restore therapies to enhance esthetic services
  • Assist with store operations, including greeting customers, answering calls, and operating wellness equipment
  • Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests
Requirements
  • Active Esthetician license
  • Certified in Cryoskin equipment preferred, but not required
  • Certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment preferred, but not required
  • Passionate about providing excellent patient care
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently
