We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician/Skin Therapist to join our team at FaceGym NY LLC. As a Facial Fitness Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional facial workouts to our clients, providing personalized service, and promoting our luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills
  • Practice professionalism and adhere to company standards at all times
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, contributing to a positive and healthy work environment
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrate understanding of strategic sales tactics, and educate clients on our brand
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to proper sanitization methods and equipment care
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness while performing workouts, and handle client concerns effectively
  • Engage in self-marketing efforts through word-of-mouth advertising, events, and social media, aiming to grow both personal and studio business
  • Implement retail and merchandising practices to achieve sales goals, sharing technical knowledge and educational information with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work in the US and hold a valid New York Esthetician License
  • Must be flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, evenings, and rotating holidays, including a minimum of four weekend shifts per month
  • Must be able to deliver all menu services and workouts after completing FaceGym bootcamp training
  • Must be able to stand for at least three hours while performing consecutive workouts, demonstrating safe body mechanics and self-care techniques
  • Must be punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to assigned work commitments
  • Must be willing to support across all locations when necessary, to further support and drive the business

Pay Structure:
  • Trainers are paid according to the standard pay structure of 'hourly versus commission', with the gross earned weekly salary equivalent to whichever sum amount is higher – total service commission or total hourly pay for all clocked hours under the 'primary duty' category of client service time
  • $40/hr event pay
  • Retail commission: 25% for skincare and manual tools, FaceGym EMS and electric tools 10% commission, and 3rd party product at 5% commission
