Sales Growth Professional

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team at Bloomberg Industry Group. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our inside/virtual sales environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Owning the sales process, from prospecting to deal close to renewal.
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at both prospective and current clients.
  • Leading the renewal process, including communications, proposal delivery, negotiations, and close.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless support from other internal resources as needed.
  • Collaborating closely with Client Service Partners to identify additional sales and growth opportunities and provide world-class service for existing clients.
  • Driving client engagement throughout the sales life cycle, including regular check-ins for account health checks.
  • Developing strategic plans for assigned territories and accounts.
  • Staying up-to-date on all products sold and conducting product demonstrations for clients.
  • Providing accurate forecasts and analyzing sales revenue.
  • Identifying new sales and cross-sell opportunities and working with business development reps to leverage these opportunities.
  • Maintaining a CRM database to track sales activities and pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the assigned market (e.g., law firms, tax & accounting, corporations).
  • Ability to prioritize accounts and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Minimal travel required.
  • Previous experience selling B2B products.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a sales associate/business development role in a similar business environment.
  • Able to navigate sales opportunities from prospecting to close.

Estimated Salary: $72,500 per year
