Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Account Development Manager to join our team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and deliver customized solutions that meet their complex needs.

About the Role

This is a field-based sales role that requires frequent travel to client locations and company facilities. You will be responsible for consulting with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions, delivering product proposals and presentations, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a product portfolio
  • Qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis and requesting site surveys to determine serviceability
  • Bid on and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with internal teams to encourage client retention and growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks, and fiber connected networks
  • Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills
  • Ability to manage change and shifting priorities quickly
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Qualifications

We are also looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience selling telecommunications products

  • An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and experience
