  • Build strong relationships with customers and continuously seek to improve their experience.
  • Provide training and documentation to users on technology usage and best practices.
  • Manage inventory and procurement processes to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex IT issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT support, with a focus on end-user computing.
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual technology and conference systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and Service Management tools.
  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant technical support experience.
