Community Support Technician

Volunteers of America Mid-States (VOA) is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on fostering positive transformations through service. We are committed to providing housing solutions for families, veterans, and low-income seniors, as well as care for individuals with developmental disabilities and offering free HIV testing. We are currently looking for a Recovery Support Technician to oversee our residential program and uphold safety and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective operational oversight of the facility.
- Ensure adherence to policies by clients.
- Monitor client activities and document significant events.
- Complete necessary documentation accurately.
- Facilitate transportation and childcare services.
- Identify and report maintenance requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Preferred two years of experience in a treatment environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory.
