POSITION OVERVIEW

The IT Solutions Analyst II, under the supervision of the IT Manager, is an active role that supports and delivers solutions that contribute to the realization of our organizational objectives.

This role necessitates highly proficient written and verbal communication skills, the capability to generate results in collaboration with the IT Product Owner, the ability to swiftly grasp new information, and apply business insights to various projects.

This position will be accountable for assessing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and requirements. The individual will depend on their own expertise and judgment to plan and execute assigned tasks. A certain degree of creativity and independence is essential.

This role also entails performing minor project management responsibilities, demonstrating the ability to adhere to guidance and standards, and fulfilling commitments.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acts as a bridge between the application team and the user community, responsible for facilitating communication, coordinating system enhancements, and providing production support.

Collaborates with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements.
Supports application development teams and processes on various projects.
Drafts detailed user stories and associated acceptance criteria.
Works with QA and IT Product Owners to create and execute test cases to ensure quality deliverables.
Responsible for collaboration across multiple functional teams.
Delivers business value through innovative and effective strategies.
Operates with minimal supervision.

Stays updated on technological advancements by engaging in educational opportunities; reading professional literature; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Handles consumer and customer data responsibly in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Reviews and adheres to data privacy practices, policies, and guidelines.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution; plus 3+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Skills

3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise business applications.
Proficiency with SQL or other relational database technologies.
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle.
Understanding of enterprise application integration and SOA Principles.
Experience with XML, JSON, and Schema.
Soft Skills

Capable of leading enhancement design sessions for small cross-functional teams.
Effectively communicates complex concepts in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
Highly organized; able to organize and assimilate large volumes of complex information.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Commitment to quality and ability to follow guidance and standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
