Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II to join our team at TPI Global Solutions. As a Data Analyst II, you will play a critical role in the oversight and governance of Work Management for the Gas Transmission Midstream (GTM) business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain work management process documentation, statistical analyses, and reporting processes to effectively interpret work management data from ERP systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses to compile reports and scorecards for leadership, identifying trends in work management processes that require further investigation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operational Region/Area Planners, Schedulers, and key Stakeholder Programs to ensure consistency in data development and maintenance within the maintenance management tool.
  • Implement effective methodologies to monitor and improve work management practices and workflows throughout the work order lifecycle, including identification, planning, scheduling, execution, and closure.
  • Develop and track regulatory compliance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize maintenance practices and enhance asset performance through timely maintenance.
  • Ensure the performance of critical systems' preventative maintenance (PMs) aligns with established criteria.
  • Foster teamwork and commitment to enable a dispersed team to function effectively as a high-performing unit.
  • Ensure that client priorities are appropriately addressed and delivered through assigned activities.
  • Actively participate in the planning and achievement of annual departmental or project goals and objectives within your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and six or more years of relevant experience, or eight or more years of field experience, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Proven experience in data and reporting analytics within the Pipeline, Gas Processing, Petro-Chemical, or Pipeline industry, specifically in operations, maintenance, or management of plant and pipeline transmission facilities.
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas or Utilities operational business requirements and associated processes.
  • Proficient in applications such as Maximo, Oracle, GIS, Power BI, and Document Management Systems (e.g., Filenet, SharePoint).
  • Knowledgeable in business processes within SAP, Maximo, or similar Maintenance Management systems, particularly in WM Governance, Planning, and Scheduling, including purchasing materials and services via work orders.
  • Proficient in Power BI or similar reporting tools, with the ability to create and automate data reports/analysis and charting through Excel or other data capture tools.
  • Familiarity with large database architecture and models.
  • Understanding of field operations and technology concepts, combined with strong business and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with end-users and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or technical certificate in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) certification is preferred or in progress.
  • Operational or maintenance experience is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Work Management principles related to planning and scheduling.
  • Experience with Maximo (EAM) or equivalent systems.
