Job Title: Data Master Records Analyst II

Job Summary:

Forum Energy Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Master Records Analyst II to join our team. This role involves maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and security of the company's master data records (vendors/customers). The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, data validation, and data quality assurance activities to support various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Maintenance:

Enter and update master data records in the system, ensuring all data entries are accurate and up-to-date.

Monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing activities to maintain data integrity.

  • Data Validation:

Validate data entries against established criteria, identifying and correcting data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy and implement data governance policies and procedures.

  • Data Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with other departments to resolve data-related issues and generate reports to monitor data quality metrics.

Maintain detailed documentation of data management processes and prepare regular reports on data management activities and performance.

  • Knowledge and Skills:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity with database management systems desirable.

Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3+ years of accounting/clerical experience.
