Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses and provide actionable insights into sales and booking performance, including budget comparisons and quarterly forecasts.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate production of sales reporting for weekly updates, monthly closes, and quarterly budget assessments.
  • Act as a Business Partner for Sales in the development of budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analyses.
  • Engage in discussions with key stakeholders in Finance and Sales regarding findings and data interpretations.
  • Complete special projects and perform ad hoc analyses as required.
  • Prepare presentation materials for Sales Operations and Board Meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Develop new metrics and dashboards to enhance business performance and intelligence.
Qualifications

About You:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Finance, Operations Finance, or FP&A modeling.
- Proficient in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while keeping supervisors informed.
- Comfortable working with large data sets; experience with Power BI and Power Pivot is advantageous.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to make decisions in uncertain situations.
- Ability to build effective working relationships within a professional team environment.
