- Education: Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in plastics manufacturing, with a focus on R&D and extrusion processes.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with materials such as LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE, PET, mPE, EVA, PP, PHA, PLA, or similar.
- Materials Knowledge: Experience working with plastic additives such as UV stabilizers, plasticizers, processing aids, antioxidants, and colorants.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and timelines.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills for managing large datasets and turning insights into actionable solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving capabilities, coupled with a willingness to adapt and innovate.
- Leadership: Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in training and leading cross-functional teams.
