POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a proficient Facilities Maintenance Specialist to uphold the exceptional customer service standards we deliver to our residents. In this role, you will possess a comprehensive understanding of essential residential maintenance tasks and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Timely completion of service requests utilizing our online work order system
  • Troubleshooting general plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance issues
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to residents and property management
  • Organizing and managing inventory in the maintenance shop
  • Executing warranty work for overall building maintenance
  • Assisting with basic carpentry and general labor during property turnover

At Enclave, we recognize that not everyone may have their own tools. Therefore, we offer a company-sponsored tool program—no personal tools are required to start.

Ideal candidates may have prior experience in factory maintenance, hotel maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, drywall, concrete, or other trades, or possess a general aptitude for hands-on tasks.

Compensation: This position offers a pay range of $22 - $28+/hour, with compensation reflecting a comprehensive rewards package that includes commission potential, bonuses, 401k matching, vehicle allowances, and cell phone reimbursement.
