Spherion is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of buildings, including common areas and facilities.
  • Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical issues in a timely and safe manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to arrange for maintenance services and supplies.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, including supplies and equipment used.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
