Position Overview

The Field Operations Support Coordinator role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. This position acts as the main liaison for all field teams, facilitating communication and support to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to operational teams both in the field and remotely.
  • Assist teams in resolving technical challenges effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and track activities using designated spreadsheets.
  • Compile and distribute weekly performance reports.
  • Address any scheduling or site-related issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage supply orders as necessary.
  • Support the resolution of equipment and fleet-related concerns.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the teams being supported.
  • Engage in cross-training with fellow Field Support personnel.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in Customer Service or Support Roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Outlook
  • Capable of tracking data trends and generating reports, including pivot tables
  • Adept at troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative team environments
  • Adaptability and a focus on processes, with a proven track record in dynamic business settings
