The Opportunity:

The Client Relationship Coordinator plays a crucial role in fostering, enhancing, and solidifying client partnerships by delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with organizational standards. This position entails providing high-level assistance to team members in managing both new and renewal business, while promoting ongoing growth and development in insurance expertise and professionalism.

This role operates in a hybrid work setting, requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 3 days. In-office attendance may be more frequent during the initial phases of employment or based on business requirements.

The Client Relationship Coordinator is adept at delivering timely, precise, and considerate service to clients, ensuring that inquiries are addressed within 24 hours. A minimum of 5 years of experience in this domain, along with a valid Ohio insurance license in good standing, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a small portfolio of business in direct support of local office functions.
  • Mastering and executing service and processing tasks (such as issuing certificates of insurance) and other related service duties within the Agency Management System/EPIC, while adhering to appropriate naming conventions and activities.
  • Delivering prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to internal and external inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Creating accurate and comprehensive documents using Word and Excel to meet deadlines.
  • Assisting in the implementation of the Client Engagement Strategy, which includes scheduling, document creation, and documentation in EPIC.
  • Coordinating and promoting new business submissions in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
