Work Schedule:
  • Tuesday - Thursday: 11am - 5pm
  • Fridays & Saturdays: 11am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable tasting experiences for winery guests
  • Develop and maintain our wine club membership
  • Establish strong partnerships with local tour operators to enhance visitor experiences
  • Collaborate on the design and implementation of engaging marketing materials
  • Assist the Direct-to-Consumer Team, ensuring efficient opening and closing operations
  • Oversee all aspects of tour and tasting bookings with accuracy, including phone inquiries, appointment confirmations, and personalized services
  • Manage online reservations to optimize scheduling and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to special projects and take on additional responsibilities as required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, hospitality, and customer service
  • Prior experience in wine-related sales is a plus, but candidates from the hospitality sector will also be considered
  • Strong attention to detail and a dedication to excellence in all tasks
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • Familiarity with the Orderport point of sale and customer relationship management system is advantageous
