Employee Benefits Client Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Client Manager to join our team at Ross & Yerger Insurance, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to client requests for assistance with existing coverage and new policies
* Obtain and process enrollment forms, change forms, or benefit summaries as needed
* Review existing benefits to determine the best coverage alternatives
* Communicate renewal terms to clients and negotiate with carriers when necessary
* Demonstrate knowledge of rating applications and procedures for group policies
* Keep producers informed of important activities or challenges on their accounts
Requirements:
* Life & Health License
* 3 to 5 years of Employee Benefit Account Management experience
* Understanding of employee benefit programs and coverage
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their employees
* Self-starter with ability to manage workload and ensure client satisfaction
* Ability to travel up to 25%
