Insurance Sales Representative

We are a rapidly growing insurance agency seeking motivated individuals to join our team as life insurance agents or unlicensed salespeople. The Mitchell Agency specializes in protecting families with various types of life insurance policies, including whole life, mortgage protection, annuities, and index universal life. Our leads system provides a steady stream of warm leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. If you're not licensed, our fast-track licensing program will get you licensed quickly so you can start earning money.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend the best life insurance products from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients.
- Contact potential clients to schedule consultations via phone or Zoom.
- Maintain communication with carriers and clients until they're fully protected.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to continuously develop sales and product knowledge.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Part-time agents can earn approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in their first year.
- Full-time agents can earn around $80,000-$190,000+ in their first year.
- Agency owners who consistently advance may generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ per year.
