Job Summary

The Environmental Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing process and oversight for accounts requiring frequent on-the-ground support. This includes services such as manufacturing, engineering, janitorial, and landscaping. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on strategic accounts, which consist of high-hazard work environments, elevated-risk tasks, and projects with high client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver initial and ongoing services, including support for new account starts, site hazard assessments, JHAs and PPE assessments, and customer and client requests.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled business reviews and conduct thorough incident investigations when warranted.
  • Provide support to other EH&S field teams as needed and coordinate with direct hire EH&S personnel.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in Safety Management, Safety Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health Technology, Industrial Hygiene, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of Safety and Occupational Health, with a working knowledge of Federal and State OSHA regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications (ex. CSP/ASP/OHST/SMS).
  • Experience working in manufacturing or other high-hazard environments.
Work Environment and Travel Requirements

This is a hybrid role with frequent travel up to 50% to support operations in the field.
