We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Safety & Environmental Coordinator to join our team at Michels. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, customers, and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular job-site visits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Develop and implement effective HSE programs and procedures
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and protocols
- 3+ years of experience in a safety role in the construction industry
- OSHA 30hr (Construction) certification or ability to obtain within approved timeframe
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $124,000 annually
