Customer Service Administrator Role at Southeastern Freight Lines

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Southeastern Freight Lines. As a key member of our service center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a scanning machine to accurately process bills and load them into our computer system for efficient processing.
  • Perform pick-ups of bills in the routing office and deliver them to various locations on the dock, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by directing visitors and truckers to the correct areas of the building or premises.
  • Offer daily phone coverage for the service center, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
