About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our service team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely completion of preventative maintenance and aligning with monthly forecasting goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate labor scheduling to align technicians with customer and service needs.
  • Communicate action plans and services to customers directly.
  • Ensure work is performed to customer expectations and perform follow-up as needed.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Debrief activities daily and ensure technicians are provided with daily schedules.
  • Maintain consistent communication with assigned technicians and follow up on activities to ensure completion within established timeframes.
  • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date in NxGen.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to five years of service industry experience and/or service scheduling.
  • Associate degree.
  • Experience and/or basic project accounting or costing principles.
